What: Build an entire house for a family in need and spend a full day learning Inner Excellence with Jim Murphy. Come join us for a life-changing experience for your whole family. We will build a house, start to finish, with YWAM Homes of Hope. We start with a prayer as we hold hands and stand on the foundation, and the next day, we hand the family keys to their new home and new life. Typically, their old house is right next door, often with dirt floors, pallet walls, and a tarp roof. No skills required. Just a willingness to serve. 😎 Jobs include hammering nails, painting, putting up the drywall, and loving the family and their new home. The family (kids included) will be helping build their new home.
Inner Excellence principles and skills have changed the lives of professional athletes, families, and people all over the world. As a small group, you’ll immerse yourself in the mindset and philosophy of Inner Excellence, learning how to implement the Three IX Principles as well as the tools and skills.

When: November 5-9, 2026. You’ll get picked up at the San Diego airport the afternoon of November 5 and brought back to the San Diego airport the morning/afternoon of November 9. The drive in will be approximately two hours, and we will be crossing the Mexican border.
Where: Ensenada, Mexico. You’ll need your passport as you’ll be driven from San Diego to Ensenada, Mexico.
Who: Anyone wanting to learn how to live with deep contentment, joy, and confidence, no matter what. Families are welcome. Limited spots available. No experience necessary!
Bring: Passport! You cannot cross the border without it (needs to be at least six months from expiring). Also bring: clothes to paint in, swim suit, any tools you want to use or donate (this is optional as everything will be provided), and a willingness to serve and learn!
Cost: $2995/person plus the cost of your hotel room and flights. Limited scholarships are available.
